Good God I’m Getting Old!

Wednesday, April 9th, 2008

I am now 30.

.
It’s a strange feeling. I don’t feel 30. 23? Maybe 25? 27 on a bad day, but 30? Noooooo. It’s a good thing I won’t be alone and old long. Michael’s turning 30 next week, too. ;D

Spring Term has started. I actually got a 3.71 this last term! 2 A’s and 1 B. I’m actually happy with the B, though a B+ would have put me on the Dean’s List. However, that B was in ACTG 382, and the Final was murder. I’m just glad I passed.
I only have 2 terms left counting this one. I’m so glad I’m almost done. This is going to be a very stressful term for me though as I am taking Business Law AND Auditing. I love law, as it is very interesting to me, but I have never liked auditing. As long as I pass, I’ll be happy. Though I have over 1500 pages of reading between those 2 classes, and I haven’t even started my Government Accounting class yet. Not looking forward to that, either.

Multiple scripts have been finished. Michael is currently working on a new site design, and then should be able to start drawing. I’ll keep bugging him about it. If you get too impatient, you can too. ;) Just send an e-mail to the link above. We’ll both get it.

Have a good April. Hopefully we’ll have new issues before May, but that’s out of my hands for now.

Ciao!

Happy Birthday! And… I’m no longer the only Old Guy!

Yesterday was Michael’s 30th birthday. Happy Birthday to you, Mike! =D

Bowling this season is now over. I finished with a 190 average, which is up 11 pins from the end of the season last year. I’m sad to see it go, though I will be able to get more hours in at work. Yay! It should also give me more time to get things done here around the site (i.e. writing). I’m only 2 issues ahead right now, but would like to try and keep it about 5 – 7.

I’ve been getting so many ideas for the comic recently that I haven’t been able to keep track of them all. Several of them have made me laugh so hard that I forgot what I was laughing at, which made me laugh all the more. That’s one of those things I really love about this comic, the fun Michael and I have just thinking about it and coming up with new ideas. We have well over 10 years of antics in comic time for these characters that never repeats anything. It’s great!

Mike’s party starts in 2 hours, and I haven’t a thing for him yet, though that’s mostly because I haven’t purchased it yet, not because I haven’t been thinking about it. Busy week, ya’ll.

Oh, and if you haven’t picked up Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii yet, I highly recommend that you run out and get it right now! It is the most fun I’ve had playing a video game in a loooong time! It’s great fun!

Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so.

My schedule:
- Work
- School
- Homework
- Sleep

Oh, and complete 100+ hours of additional coursework so I can legally perform my job duties.

If anyone has some spare time they’re not using, I’ll gladly accept it.

Even so, I hope to have a new issue for everyone soon.

Thank you for your patience.
