The Creative Process

Monday, June 5th, 2006

It is amazing what you can come up with when you have had a decent night bowling and are with your best friend eating waaaay too greasy pizza with half a pig and cow on it as toppings. Don’t forget the pineapple! And yet, somehow, at the end of a very long night, there is always room for sushi!

Begin at the Beginning

Welcome everyone who is finding our site for the first time, and all our return visitors! As you can see, our little webcomic is up and running once more, although the site that houses it is still going through a birthing process.  This means, of course, that some sections are incomplete or not working at the moment, although they should be functioning soon.  Until then, enjoy the comic and we’ll keep you updated.

Better rant later.

…but I really don’t think I would eat anything that came out of a ying-yang… unless it was on Fear Factor first! Because that is a great show! Especially to talk about when you’re eating something with lots of meat and cheese…

I have 2 weeks now to get so ahead in the writing that Kyushu would never be able to keep up… So it’s a good thing he has me here to help him. =D

What’s my inspiration, you may ask? Well, the same inspiration that any guy has when he looks at a hot chick:

Buttons!

I mean, really. What else do you need?

Inspiration Needs a Good Movie

Saturday, July 22nd, 2006

I find that it helps to write when you are insired. And what better way to get me inspired than by watching a new Kevin Smith movie? And not just any Kevin Smith movie, but a Kevin Smith movie featuring the triumphant return of Jay & Silent Bob!

While the language you find in his movies won’t ever be shown in the comic, the situations that my hero, Jay, gets himself into are not unlike the situations I tend to find myself in. It’s amazing how much of an inspiration I am. Just think, the yummy foul goodness of Clerks II very well could have been divinely inspired because of the hijinks that I end up in week after week. It’s a good thing the people of America have me around.

Hmm, now where did Kaiden hide that donkey…
